Serve on the Board of Directors
The board of Chilliwack Restorative Justice & Youth Advocacy Association is responsible for the highest level of decision-making and legal authority in the organization. By law, it is ultimately accountable for, and has authority over, the organization's resources and activities. The board articulates and communicates the organization's vision to the membership and community. Through policy, the board defines the parameters within which the organization will carry out its work.
Annually the members of the Association elect Directors to guide the Association and act as advisors. If your talents are more suited for this type of work, you may wish to consider volunteering as a director. We will happily provide your name to the Nominating committee.
