Mentoring - Restorative Response

The Mentor provides a positive influence and role model to the client. The Mentor assists with healthy skills development and community reintegration. The Mentor's role is to monitor the Resolution Agreement to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the Mentor to build a good relationship with the offender to assist in fulfilling the terms of the Agreement.

Our trained mentors demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a strong dedication to our program.  Every client who participates in our Restorative Response program is strategically matched with one of our volunteer mentors. Mentors help clients build confidence and skills through positive, supportive connections within the community.
