Engaging, Connecting and Restoring individuals to people, programs, resources and to the community.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

As you can appreciate, the position of trust associated with our programs requires a stringent criminal record check as well as personal and professional reference checks.  These requirements are necessary for the protection of our vulnerable clients.
You can help by volunteering as a facilitator and/or as a mentor.  Facilitators guide the process of our meetings form Resolution Agreements with input from all participants. A volunteer mentor is assigned to each case to assist the client in fulfilling their Resolution Agreement. Ongoing training is provided to all volunteers.
Either visit the Community Policing Office at 45877 Wellington Avenue to pick up a new volunteer package, or click this link (Volunteer Application Form). If you have any questions, please give us a call at 604-393-3023 or  email

All Chilliwack Restorative Justice volunteers must complete a criminal record check with vulnerable sector. To help our volunteers complete this step we offer a free, online criminal record check application. Use the link below and the access code provided in the volunteer package to access the criminal record check. To use this feature, you need to have received the volunteer package and be a Chilliwack resident.
