\nThose responsible and those harmed\n<\/h3>
\naccompanied by their supporters, school reps, family members, and restorative justice facilitators, form a Restorative Circle to resolve conflict and agree on a resolution.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

In a circle I found out what apologies were sincere and non sincere. it changed how I apologized to people I hurt verbally\/physically.<\/p>\n

I think what has been well is RJ has been so calm, understanding, and allowing all students to be heard. I have had students opening up and sharing some intense things, so I am grateful they created an environment where they felt so comfortable to share.<\/p>\n

My students have learned to really come out of their shells and express themselves in front of their peers. There has been a significant improvement in this area in my class as at the start of the school year, it was really difficult for my students to share how they were feeling in front of one another.<\/p>\n
